This course equips all Sonfuat employees with essential knowledge of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct v8.0.2. It covers the five pillars: Labor, Health & Safety, Environment, Ethics, and Management Systems. Learners will understand Sonfuat’s policies on fair treatment, safety protocols, environmental protection, ethical sourcing, and zero-tolerance practices against forced labor, discrimination, and bribery.
Modules include:
- Module 1: RBA Introduction & Company Commitment

Yes. All Sonfuat employees must complete this course every 2 years or after major policy updates.
Each module takes approximately 15–20 minutes. The full course can be completed in about 2–3 hours at your own pace.
A certificate of completion will be generated automatically once you finish all modules and pass the final quiz.
